In Northern Ireland, the Queen was greeted by crowd control

The visit of Queen Elizabeth II to Northern Ireland is accompanied by disturbances. On the eve of the West Belfast about hundreds of youths pelted police firecrackers and Molotov cocktails. 
Elizabeth II is planning today, 27 June, to meet with the former leader of the Irish Republican Army Martin Makginnessom that many regarded as an important step towards a peaceful settlement in Northern Ireland.
According to the BBC, Martin Mcguinness is Deputy First Minister in the Government of Northern Ireland, but still defends the idea of a United Ireland.
